Complaints and Disciplinary Procedure
In order to maintain public confidence in the services we provide, TransNational manages a robust, prompt, reliable, and reproducible complaints management procedure. We aim to respond to complaints by email within 72 hours. The complaint will be reviewed by the engaging Project Manager (if deemed appropriate) and one member of the senior management team. If the matter relates to a quality issue, a third party independent language professional may be consulted as part of the process.
